How to Prevent Leaky Diapers at Night
One of the things that can happen once your baby starts sleeping through the night is leaking through their diaper. I remember walking in to get my baby and seeing her tummy just SOAKED.
I did some research and talked to my doctor and came up with 3 tricks that helped. You can try one trick at a time to see what works for your baby, or do a combination of them!
3 Tips to Prevent Diapers Leaking
Try a different size/style of diaper for the night. My daughter wore size 2 during the day but size 3 at night. I also bought a different type of diaper for the night — Pampers overnight, to be exact.
Try feeding 30 minutes before they go to bed. This way their body can pee a little bit before going to bed so there isn’t as much to come out during the night.
Fold the top of the diaper inward so it creates a little wall and traps it in the diaper.
These tricks made the biggest difference for my babies and I hope they help you as well!
