Is Sleep Deprivation Affecting Your Relationships?
There are SO many reasons I believe teaching your baby how to sleep is important. Growth, development, immune system support, overall health, just to name a few.
But one of the less-obvious reasons that isn't talked about enough is the way it strengthens your relationship with your partner.
Once your baby knows how to sleep, you get to spend quality time with your partner again every single night after 7pm. Not only that, but you can confidently leave them with family or a trusted babysitter for date night or a couples trip, knowing your baby is going to sleep like a champ while you're gone!
It's SO much easier to ask someone to babysit when you know they won't be up all hours of the night.
If you feel like your relationship has been put on the back burner because of the lack of sleep going on in your house, I promise you that teaching your baby how to sleep will change that in a heartbeat.
If you started today, your baby could literally be sleeping 12 hours by next week!
One of the best places to start is making sure your baby's wake windows are setting them up for a successful night. I have a FREE Wake Windows guide to help you out with that! You can snag that HERE.
