I Want to Sleep Train But....
I recently asked this question on instagram, and hundreds of you filled in the blank with reasons why you are hesitant to sleep train.
If I answered all of the questions on here, it would be a novel, so I did an in-depth podcast to answer them all HERE, but one response kept popping up that I wanted to address: I want to sleep train but I’m too tired to be consistent".
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, with my method, sleep training typically looks like one week of consistency for a lifetime of sleep.
SEVEN days of hard work for a lifetime of sleep.
SEVEN days of setting alarms on your phone to create healthy, lifelong habits for your baby.
SEVEN days. I promise if you commit to just seven days you are going to notice a massive difference in your baby’s sleep.
Because if you don’t, what’s the alternative?
LIFELONG sleep sleep struggles.
YEARS of sleepless nights.
YEARS of not knowing when your baby will nap, wake up in the night, sleep, start the day, go to bed, etc.
Doesn’t seven does feel like nothing when you compare it to years of no sleep?
I promise anyone can commit to seven days. And truth be told, 89% of people se improvements in LESS than a week. Which means you might only have to commit to 3 days, see results, and get 12 hours of sleep to recharge and keep going.
Yes, you have to commit. Yes, you have to put in some effort. But 0% of people have ever regretted teaching their baby how to sleep 12 hours and 100% have said “I just wish I would’ve done it sooner!”
Let this be you.
You’ve got this!
