From the day we found out we are pregnant until the day we deliver our baby, we are given all kinds of information so we know exactly what to expect for both pregnancy and birth. But what about after? What about once the baby comes, you make it home from the hospital and now you are supposed to figure out parenthood AND figure out what’s happening to your body and hormones?
It’s honestly crazy to me that nobody talks about it! I genuinely want to change that. I want to open up about postpartum so moms can understand what is happening and focus more on their baby and less on their changing body!
